| Mr. Corboy has more than 20 years of marketing experience, most recently serving as senior vice president and chief marketing officer for TerraLycos Networks USA. There, Mr. Corboy headed the marketing team’s branding and advertising efforts, which included market research, network design and integration, and promotional efforts. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Corboy was senior vice president of marketing for VH1, and from 1996 to 1998, he served as Coca-Cola’s director of worldwide presence marketing development under chief marketing officer Sergio Zyman. His experience includes serving as vice president of creative services for Tribune Entertainment, from 1990 to 1996, and director of advertising and promotion for NBC-5 Chicago from 1985 to 1990. Currently, Mr.Corboy is director of alumni relations for Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management which is one of the strongest brands in the business world. |

| Peter Feigin |

| Mr. Feigin has worked with some of the biggest brands in the sports and entertainment industry having worked as the head of marketing for the NY Knicks, Six Flags and currently at Marquis Jet Partners which was recently featured on the network television shows “The Apprentice” and “American Idol”. Mr.Feigin is currently the Vice President of Corporate Development at Marquis Jet Partners and is responsible for the oversight of the sports and entertainment sales and marketing. Mr.Feigin serves as the main point person for hundreds of sports stars and entertainment celebrities on all of their private aviation needs.
Formally, Mr. Feigin was Vice President of Marketing with New York Knicks from 1996-2004 where he was responsible for overall brand management including: Advertising, promotions, new media, events, charitable and community endeavors, as well as managing and enhancing the team’s corporate partnerships. Mr Feigin was responsible for the overall planning, creation, and execution of all Knicks marketing initiatives, including building the Knicks brand equity through innovative marketing programs delivered across traditional and new media channels. He served as the primary liaison between the team, its business partners, and MSG Advertising Sales and MSG Network. Additionally, Mr.Feigin oversaw all franchise enhancement activities and new business development projects and initiatives for the Knicks organization.
Mr. Feigin joined the Knicks after five years at Six Flags Theme Park where he served as park’s Promotions Manager from 1995-96, and then as Marketing Director from 1996 until his appointment at the Knicks. Mr. Feigin is a native of New York City and a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College . | Dean Harris is the Managing Partner of Silvermine Marketing, a Connecticut based consultancy that assists emerging companies with go to market strategies. Prior to this he held a number of senior marketing roles as the CMO at Kayak; the CMO and Chief Brand Officer at Vonage, CMO at CarDay and SVP-Marketing at HotJobs.
He has served as an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at Fairfield University and The University of Bridgeport and has lectured at Columbia, The Sloan School at MIT, The Kellogg School at Northwestern, the IAB, AdTech, iMedia, The Conference Board, The Conference On Marketing, The International Advertising Festival at Cannes, The CMO Council, The Ad Club of New York, The CMO Club of New York and The Harvard Business School Club of New York.
Dean was educated at The Horace Mann School, Carleton College (BA in Sociology and Anthropology), Columbia School of International Affairs (MIA in South Asian Studies(, Columbia Business School (MBA in Marketing and International Business) and Deccan College (Pune, India).
In 2005 he was named a Brandweek Marketer of the Year. He won an EFFIE (for advertising effectiveness) in 2006. |

| At G.S Andersen, Mr. Hartman focuses on advising middle market companies in raising capital and mergers and acquisitions. In the sports & entertainment sectors, he has worked on financing minor league professional hockey teams, sports management organizations, sports & entertainment publications and representing professional athletes and entertainers.
Prior to joining G.C. Andersen Partners, Mr. Hartman worked as a private equity, M&A and corporate finance investment banker and attorney on over 100 transactions. He was a Senior Vice President at Maxcor Inc, a boutique M&A and restructuring firm, where he led the firm’s M&A divestiture transactions focused on manufacturing, consumer brands and business services companies. Previously he worked as a leverage finance and private equity investment banker at Deutsche Bank and Lehman Brothers where he was extensively involved in Buyout Magazines 2000 LBO of the Year: the $630 million leveraged buyout of Buffet’s restaurants. Prior to Wall Street, Mr. Hartman was based in Philadelphia working on capital raising transactions as a corporate attorney with Lesser & Kaplin, a business development Vice President and General Counsel with Global Internet Management, and a partner in Premier Business Plans.
Mr. Hartman has degrees from the University of Pennsylvania (B.A. in Economics) Wharton (B.S. in Entrepreneurship) Villanova Law School (JD), and Kellogg Graduate School of Management (MBA in Finance). He is Chairman of the Kellogg Private Equity Alumni Group and sits on the Board of Urban Options, a non profit focused on developing entrepreneurial skills among urban youth. Mr. Hartman was a competitive rower and wrestler and was a five time Dragon Boat National Champion, four time National Team selection and 1997 World Champion. |

| A veteran marketing executive with more than 25 years experience in advertising, promotion, television, sports, entertainment and events marketing, Mr. Lange's background in sponsorship, event marketing and production is extensive and diverse and is an asset to Leverage Sports Agency as his active role on LSA's board of advisors.
Mr. Lange previous experience encompasses, serving as the Vice President, Televised Sales of SFX Sports Group where he brought together Cingular and the Michael Jordan Celebrity Invitational as well as Jaguar with the American Century Challenge and supervised a sales team for other SFX Televised properties such as the French Open. First as a consultant to the NYC2012 Olympic Bid Committee, Mr.Lange worked to establish the Ford NYC Triathlon, and subsequently at the request of Ford, became their sponsorship consultant from 2002 through the present.
As the marketing and licensing consultant to The Gates Project for Central Park by the world-renowned artists Christo and Jeanne-Claude, Mr. Lange managed the exclusive, worldwide license to commemorate ‘The Gates” for funding an environmental non-profit, Nurture New York’s Nature and provided marketing consultation to the founding sponsors Deutsche Bank and Paul Hastings Law firm.
Mr. Lange served as the first Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of the New York Road Runners Club, Inc. where he marketed and co-produced eight New York City Marathons, transforming the event into one of the leading equity-marketing platforms in the world. |

| Mr. Sturner, an advisor for Leverage Sports Agency is a seasoned executive with a proven entrepreneurial track record and extensive deal making experience having structured, negotiated and secured more the $1Billion dollars in deals in his career.
Before its sale to Viacom, Mr. Sturner served as President of SportsLine.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: SPLN), the publisher of cbs.sportsline.com, where he managed all aspects of domestic and international business development initiatives, corporate development, M&A, e-commerce and legal affairs for the company from the company's inception until 2002. Prior to joining SportsLine, Mr. Sturner served as the Vice President of Business Development for MovieFone (NASDAQ: MOFN), after he sold his company Interactive Services to the Chairman of MovieFone in 1994.
Mr. Sturner’s deal making highlights include a $200 million, 10-year exclusive partnership with CBS Sports, a $150 million five-year strategic alliance between SportsLine, Viacom and AOL Time Warner and a $200 million dollar partnership with MVP.com. In addition, Mr. Sturner developed SportsLine portal and league strategy, as well as, strategic initiatives in wireless, broadband, and e-commerce, which have contributed more than $100 million in revenue since 1995.
Mr. Sturner has also structured an unparalleled lineup of sports marketing alliances, including relationships for Sportsline with the NFL, PGA TOUR, Major League Baseball, The National Basketball Association, Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods and Shaquille O’Neal.
Currently, Mr. Sturner is the founder and CEO of Aqua MarinePartners, LLC ("AMP")Mr. Sturner led the acquisition of the Hi Lift Marina, a 270 slip full service marina and its 30 year-old Miami-based boat dealership and has now negotiated the sale of the boat dealership to Passport Marine. Mr. Sturner is also an advisor for SportsLine.com, Inc., Air2Web, Association of Volleyball Professionals and Murray Hill Properties. |

From the early stages of his career Mr. Tedeschi has been entrepreneur as he founded Collegiate Advantage in the Fall of 1988, while a junior at Boston University. Collegiate Advantage was a visionary college focused events and promotions company whose clients included: Sprint, Citibank, Nike, Coca-Cola, Reebok, Sega, Samsung, Discover Card, and Barnes & Noble.
In 1998, Student Advantage acquired Collegiate Advantage prior to its initial public offering. Mr. Tedeschi remained with Student Advantage for almost two years as VP of partnership development. Paul then joined Woolf Associates, a Boston-based sports marketing firm, as Chief Marketing Officer. Woolf's corporate accounts included EMC, John Hancock, Fleet, and Bell Atlantic.
More recently, Mr. Tedeschi worked as Sr. VP of national sales for HOST Communications working on the NCAA Corporate Partner program. Paul is a graduate of Boston University's College of Communication. |

| Savio S. Chan is a pre-eminent expert on doing business in China. He serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of US China Partners Inc., a privately held business development firm specializing in Market Entry, Strategic Sourcing and Marketing Development in China for U.S. companies. Savio also facilitates local and cross-border joint ventures among leading Chinese multinationals as well as Fortune 1000 companies. Formerly, Chan served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for Technology Training Solutions (TTS) which had grown in a remarkably short time to be recognized as one of the premier and fastest-growing Microsoft Certified Technical Education Centers in the New York tri-state areas. TTS was selected by the National Minority Business Council to receive the Outstanding Minority Business Award.
Savio is a frequent keynote speaker and panelist at various business and technology events including the American Express Minority Small Business Seminars, Microsoft technology conferences and the e-Business Conference and Expo, co-organized by BusinessWeek and InformationWeek. Savio was also named "40 Under 40" business leader Award by Long Island Business News, Hofstra University and the Bank of New York. Newsday named him one of the Top 10 Movers and Shakers on Long Island. Recently he was the organizer for the first e-Commerce Summit convened by the Small Business Administration in New York City. U.S. Small Business Administration also presented the Community Service Award to Savio during their Annual Award Luncheon.
Savio, who attended Baruch College with a major in International Marketing, has been featured in numerous industry and trade success profiles, including articles in The New York Times, Chief Executive Magazine, InformationWeek, VARBusiness, Long Island Business News, and Newsday. Savio serves as president of the Northeast Chapter of US Pan Asian Chamber of Commerce. He also serves as senior advisor for the Outsourcing Institute and is on the board of the Executive Council of New York. In 2006, Long Island Business News named him “Top 100 Most Influential”. In 2007 ExecuLeaders presented him a special award in the category of International Business Leadership. |
